How to use Room Booking Application for the first time?

After downloading the Room Booking application from the associated store .The first step is to register/create an account at Portal. You already have an account? Great let’s go. If not, you can register one here or simply follow the registration process in it…

Now, at the Room Booking Application you have to login using the same registered account at the Portal. Now you have to choose which mailbox provider you want to Sync with.

o NetTask deHOSTED Exchange. [linked to Website]
o an On-Premise System up from Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019.
o Office 365 account

Now you can add the mailbox credentials and its type (Room Mailbox/User Mailbox [Linked to Q2]) for the one you want to link with.

In some cases, after login attempt an additional field “Server Address” appears for both mailbox types need to be filled e.g. .
